What happens when like-minded organizations collaborate for good?

Festival Lespwa was how one local organization, Global Hope, chose to step forward and help Maxandre and the students get a new toilet facility.

In the summer of 2013 we were fortunate enough to collaborate with this energetic, free-spirited, huge hearted (you get the idea) group of folks - Global Hope had partnered with us shortly after the quake in 2010 to donate toward teacher salaries and then later for funding of the new water source for Institution Mixte Nao Community School.  When they learned that we needed $10,000 for a new toilet facility for our school, they wanted to know what they could do - 

The Festival Lespwa managed to raise over $10,000 and within just months Maxandre had the new toilets completed.  

Since our work with Global Hope they've dissolved their nonprofit but continue to contribute to their community in numerous ways.  We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with this dynamic group.
