What makes what we do any better?  

There are countless organizations doing wonderful work, raising funds, helping others and in turn truly changing the world.

What separates us, compared to other small local NFPs, is HOW we go about each initiative - the extra attention and detail we put into each project we approach. 

We provide opportunities for those choosing to get involved in our work to have a DIRECT IMPACT, to truly understand who their work is benefiting, to fully engage in service to others. Occasionally we partner with other like-minded small nonprofits to collaborate and assist in their various undertakings as well.

We started our nonprofit, Good Worx Inc., in 2014, as a way to further engage our community in social issues impacting so many of us.  We wanted to expand beyond our immediate school district and tackle more grown up topics - Food Justice, Homelessness, Mental Health to name a few.

With our Kids4Good After School model we spent nearly a decade introducing younger students (Grades 3 through 8) and their families to impactful service projects.  While the majority of our K4G work focused on local needs - food pantries, seniors, at-risk youth, etc., it's our global initiatives, especially our successes with our Hope4Haiti initiative, that had the greatest impact.

We're choosing to showcase our various initiatives here in hopes of possibly moving others to get involved.  

For 2022 we are hoping to collaborate with other like-minded influencers to spread our message - we are all part of the same global community and everyone has something to give, no matter how small.

As we've always said, if you don't care to get involved in one of our initiatives we hope you'll at least consider getting involved in some service to others, wherever that may take you.
